Refund and Cancellation Policy
Live Workshops
Cancellation for attendance to a Chris Lori live workshop requires a minimum of 24 hour notice before the date of the workshop. Refunds will be issued less a 10% administration fee
Online and Shipped Courses
To request a refund of the online version of the course, you must contact us within 48 hours of your initial purchase. There will be a $50 non-refundable fee for the online course.
Refunds are issued upon receipt of the original course package and within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges which are included in the course price are non-refundable. (Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable: minus $50 for North America continental orders, $70 for international orders, $90 for DHL international orders).
